Everybody needs a poem! In addition to their portfolio of narrative and fiction, Socks also enjoys exploring form and abstraction through poetry. They frequently perform their poetry live, and often pen poems to fundraise for a variety of causes. As a member of the WeHo Pride Poets cohort, Socks can occasionally be found around Los Angeles with a typewriter writing poems for strangers. They are ALWAYS open for poetry commissions!

Their love for words extends to the art of lyrics — more than once, Socks has teamed up with a screenwriter or composer to help them find the perfect words for their musical project! Their specialty is musical theater style lyrics.
